The Wild Embodied Woman Program

Compared to talk therapy and other styles of coaching and counseling, these sessions dive deep into the embodiment levels of healing, re-patterning and empowerment. The methodology, inspired by the VITA™ Coaching Method, includes Tantra, Taoism, Shamanism, Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy, Neurobiology and Breathwork. The best of both Eastern spirituality and Western psychology & neuroscience!

We do some talk therapy, as needed, but my superpower is getting beyond the stories that we might be looping in to release blockages at the core wounding levels. This results in a transformation that is tangible and embodied.

It is about shifting old perspectives or narratives that tend to keep us small and limited and putting into practice what your body needs in order to establish new patterns in love, sex and relationships. Even if we feel we’ve healed and done a lot of self-development, often the body is still carrying old memories of unworthiness, abandonment, rejection, shame and fear.

We get to hold ourselves in love and compassion as we explore these parts of ourselves, release these blockages, while opening up a new space of potential to level up in life!

What do the sessions look like?
The longer we work together, the deeper we will be able to go. The progression is based on 3 main stages.

Stage 1: Desire Mapping, Release & Re-imprint

We will begin by mapping your desires to get crystal clarity on what is preventing you from having your goals. We will start shaking up the self-limiting beliefs, conditioning and blockages that are preventing you from moving forward with what you truly want.

I will take you into gentle, safe processes that hack into the unconscious and subconscious levels of the psyche to reveal the deepest levels of your truth and what is needed to truly support you from this core level.

As we start to release the blockages and self-sabotaging pieces, we also create space to reimprint your new reality. We empower and anchor in the parts of you who are ready to play big with Neuro Reimprinting, Embodied Visualization, Somatic Therapy and Breathwork practices.

Stage 2: Childhood & Trauma Healing + Integration & Resourcing

Healing and integrating Childhood & Mother/ Father wounding through role-playing and Psychotherapy. Developing and cultivating a deeper relationship with your inner child and reparenting them to give them what they needed. 

Healing and integration of any unresolved trauma as it arises from childhood or adulthood.

Learning how to use your body’s sensuality and pleasure to nourish and hold yourself through this deep healing with self-touch, Breathwork, Breast Massage and meditations to calm and support the nervous system.

Stage 3: Holistic Sex Practices & Empowerment

Learn how to use your body’s turn-on as medicine and magic!

Sexual Self-Cultivation – Learn how to use your sexual energy for increased sensation and pleasure in the body. Liberate your emotions through Yoni de-armoring or Vulva Reflexology, cultivating a deep relationship with your Yoni. Imprint a new story of confident self-expression, radical self-acceptance, safety & self-love!

Sex Magic Alchemy – Learn how to alchemize difficult emotions as they arise with your arousal and continue to support & reimprint your worthiness for the high-vibrational love, sex and abundance creation that you desire! Activating or enhancing multi-orgasmic potential- physically and energetically combined with a deep sense of embodied empowerment!

These all consist of different self-pleasuring practices, Tantric & Taoist practices and Breathwork. Typically, we would do a basic clothes-on version in our session, then you will receive the guided follow-along practices to do on your own in the way that most serves you in the privacy of your own home!
